KinOn Holdings began with a simple frustration: too many families in Dhaka were handing over their savings to developers who over-promised and under-delivered. We set out to be the opposite — a company where the plan you approve is the building you receive.
Today, our portfolio spans residential communities and commercial landmarks across Uttara, Bashundhara, Banani and beyond. Every one of them started the same way: clean land titles, RAJUK-approved drawings, and a handover date we intended to keep.

We received our keys three months early, and every snag we noted at handover was fixed within two weeks. Two years on, the building still runs exactly as promised - that is the part most developers never manage.
